Can I use an infrared sauna outside?
Our K2 Saunas infrared saunas are only to be used indoors.
How hot does an infrared sauna get?
Approximately 140°F / 60°C. The temperature will generally get to 50-60°F above your current room temperature.
How long should I sit in an infrared sauna?
Recommended sessions are 10-30 minutes. You should not exceed a time of 60 minutes for a single session. The sauna should be allowed to cool down after each session and not run for more then 3 hours continuously.
Can my children use the infrared sauna?
You must supervise your children at all times. The sauna can get hot, and dehydration can occur if the proper steps are not taken. CHILDREN SHOULD NOT USE AN INFRARED SAUNA UNSUPERVISED.
How much electricity does an infrared sauna use?
Infrared saunas are quite energy efficient. You can operate the sauna for just a few dollars per month.
Can I convert the infrared sauna into a steam sauna?
No, the infrared sauna is a dry sauna, and it cannot use steam or water in any way.
Where are the K2 Saunas infrared saunas made?
The wood is from Canada and they are then built in China. We are a Canadian importer based in Waterloo, Ontario and we have personally visited the manufacturer in China.
From what wood are the infrared saunas made?
They are made from Canadian Hemlock, which is non-toxic, allergy safe, and very sturdy.
What does the cETL Listed Mark mean?
The cETL Listed Mark indicates that our infrared saunas have been tested by Intertek, found in compliance with accepted national standards, and meets the requirements required for sale or distribution. The cETL Mark is assurance that the product is compliant with safety standards, having been tested and certified by a third-party organization, the cETL mark means our saunas also pass Canadian safety standards.
What is the thickness of the sidewall panel wood?
Each wooden panel for the sides, front and back, is 7mm thick. Other manufacturers get by with a much thinner wooden panel, some as thin as 3mm. We feel that this is much too thin and is not as structurally sound as our thicker panel.
Why are your prices so low as I have seen similar models for $1000-$2000 more.

This unit is meant for personal indoor use. Warranty is voided if used for commercial applications or if used outdoors. Wesellit Ltd. warrants this unit to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Parts, which become defective within the warranty period, will be repaired except for damage due to negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Wesellit Ltd. will not be responsible for labor incurred in removing, inspecting and reinstalling the warranty parts. Wesellit Ltd. will not cover any labor costs attributable to disassembly and reassembly of the unit. Wesellit Ltd. will not be responsible for labor costs of the routine maintenance, adjustments or alterations to the calibration of the electrical devices.
Any parts claimed to be defective must be shipped freight prepaid, to Wesellit Ltd. and the repaired or replaced product will be returned to the sender freight collect. When sent to Wesellit Ltd., the product must be accompanied by the sales receipt or other proof of purchase date, as well as the sender's name, mailing address, daytime telephone number and any other information relating to the sender's claim. This warranty applies to this unit only.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and terminated upon transfer of ownership. The digital controller with digital LED display is easy to operate, and

Shipping to major depots in Eastern Canada costs $100. If you are in the same city as the shipping depot, and you would likedelivery to your driveway, the additional fee to have a truck deliver it to your driveway is $75. You are responsible for moving the sauna into your home or garage, and installing it.

Timeline: Please inspect the item when it arrives to be sure it meets your expectations as returns are only allowed within 7 days of you receiving the item. After 7 days, returns are not accepted. If you decide to return the item within the 7 days, please email us at service@wesellt.ca or call us at 1-877-888-7426 to inform us you are returning the item and the reason for the return. This way we can make the appropriate note on your original transaction to ensure your return is handled accurately and efficiently.
U.S Buyers: If you are shipping at item back to us from the USA, please ship it by USPS and mark on the box "Return to Canadian Seller" and mark the value at $10. If the value indicated is higher than $10 and brokerage or duty are applied, these amounts will be deducted from your refund.
Condition of returned items: The item must be in the original packaging and show no signs of use. Items that have been used or that are missing pieces or original packaging will not be accepted under our returns policy.
Refund calculation: We will refund the selling price of the item less a restocking fee of 10%. All shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept returns that are shipped COD. We are not responsible for loss or damage occurred during shipping returned items back to us.
Refund example: Your original purchase was a gift for a family member and was $150 plus $12 for shipping, a total of $162. You find out that the family member already has that item and you have had the item for 6 days. You contact us and return it on the 7th day with all original packaging and un-used. Your refund would be $150 less 10% ($15) and would total $135.
Exceptions: If you receive an incorrect item (eg. You receive a right handed golf club instead of a left handed golf club). We will work with you to resolve the mistake by either: Offering a partial refund if you decide to keep the item, exchanging the item with the correct item, or refunding you once the item is returned to us in the original un-used condition.

Be sure to have the delivery person mark on the bill of lading or signature area that the item was damaged in shipping.
