This shaving brush is made and produced in Japan by KAI group which  specialized which specialized in professional grooming products, surgical instruments and knives and is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and  OHSAS 18001 certified.
It can be used to generate lather from soap and cream for wetshaving.
