You must also assume responsibility for any additional postage fees and a 25% restocking fee. For hats, if size is only a slight issue, we can provide suggestions (from New Era) which may help.
Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us for return instructions. All refunds or exchanges will be processed immediately upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned item.
