2 years: Dead cost replacement program (No one but us has ever done this)
3 years: Optional square trade full parts and labor coverage!
Lifetime Free Service: And this is where everyone else gets you always! You may get a cheaper price up front elsewhere. But god forbid if you need help. You will pay Bench fees, Extra hidden fees on top of what the manufacture charges to fix it. WE NEVER do that to our customers. We are just lucky enough that you even chose us. So we will never charge you 1 penny over our dead cost to help you out.

THIS IS THE SECTION THAT CONTROLS YOUR ECHO FOR THE MICS AND THE MAIN
VOLUME CONTROLS. 

YOU WILL NOTICE A MASTER VOLUME WHICH IS GOING TO BE THE MAIN VOLUME
KNOB THAT CONTROLS THE SPEAKERS.  THEN YOU HAVE A ZONE AND A BOOTH KNOB.  THIS IS ONE OF THE THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS MIXER.  LET'S SAY YOU ARE IN A BAR THAT WANTS YOU TO SET UP A SPEAKER OUTSIDE ON A DECK AND SET ANOTHER ONE UP IN A POOL ROOM.  IF YOU HAD TWO MORE POWERED SPEAKERS, YOU CAN JUST RUN ONE TO THE BOOTH AND ONE TO THE ZONE AND HAVE SEPARATE VOLUME CONTROL OVER EVERYTHING!

WE TAKE THE CASE APART AND REPOSITION THE RACK RAILS LOWER
IN THE FRONT SO THAT IT IS MORE PROTECTION IF YOU WANTED TO LEAVE
CABLES ON TOP WHEN CLOSING THE LID, AND IT HAS LESS STRAIN ON THE EYES
BECAUSE IT IS SLANTED FOR BETTER VIEW AND ARCH AS YOU ARE USING IT.
