Q: Difference between a regular 203g usb and the cheaper 105g usb?

203g usb is built slightly better, u can run more than one player
at a time unlike the 105version. U can also use the instant access
keys on the front of a 203 model whereas, the 105 is driven by the remote.

Q: I have disc now, can I upload those too?

On cavs website, they have step by step tutorials on how to
upload cdg disc, upload scdg disc,download music
from their website, etc.. Please be sure to read
the full page for different things you can do with the unit.

Q: How do I use the hard drive on the player?

Q: I can get twice the amount of scdg's from somewhere else.
How come another seller has 3 times the music you have and
for less money. They are also selling 28,000 songs on a hard drive.

Although some scdg disc are harder to identify as pirated,
there are many burnt copies floating around on eBay.
They will have the hue/purplish color on the
recorded side of the cd.

There is NO SUCH THING as 28,000 songs in the cavs
scdg format to begin with. They never made that many disc.
In addition to this, the drives we have
seen with well over 8,000 karaoke songs on them
would easily cost well over $7,000.00 in the REAL WORLD!

REMEMBER!!!! U have to force the seller to put it
into writing that if they are going to give you a loaded drive.
U must have every actual backup disc
that matches every last song.

We simply tell customers, if the deal is better than ours
and with more music.. You must do your research to truly
find out what you are getting. Case in point: We recently
had a potential customer that did not buy from us because
another site had a few thousands songs and a player for under
$200.00. The customer told us later that they
indeed ended up with pirated copies!

When you hook up the system to your TV. You want to ALWAYS make sure
that the hard drive is NOT hooked up yet. Wait until you see the cavs logo
on the tv and the 'NO DISC' display. Once you have that. Hook up your
drive and wait for about 20-90 seconds for the main screen to pop up.
It will look like the photo below. Once you get this screen,
you then just simply use your remote control and select the folder/disc
you want to play a song from. Then press enter.

Example of the next screen that will pop up after you pick
the folder you want. Then you just choose the song number
and you are done! When you want to choose from another
disc/folder, just hit the up arrow on your remote to go
back out to the main screen.

Ship rates are only for main 48 U.S states. All others must contact us before bidding.

International: If you have less than a 10 feedback rating. Please contact us before you bid. We care about our feedback and studies show that most buyers that ruin a sellers feedback rating are ones that are new to ebay and do not communicate. Your happiness is our number 1 goal. So please make sure to lean on us for all the standard rules that apply to to buying on ebay.

3-5 business days to process order. We have a high volume of sales and everything goes in order. We also have some at risk youth that work with us to help them understand the value of customer service and a better life than the streets. They will work hard to get it out sooner. Please just note if you buy from us, you must accept our clearly stated time frames.

2-6 business days for normal transit time after shipped.

International: We will literally go out of our way to most often drive to a post office to try and save you money on shipping. If you have a problem with our ship rates, you must tell us up front. Example of unacceptable. Customer in Australia paid $59 shipping and it actually cost us $69. Then had the nerve to give us a 4 out of 5 for ship cost. That makes no sense, and is really offensive. We do not make up the shipping rates, we have no control over what you pay for duty fees, taxes, etc.. Every country is different and they do not share those rates with us.

We also have no control over transit time to other countries. Example; Sent a package to Turkey (express) 3 day estimated delivery time to the country. Amazing enough, it made it to the customers country in 3 days flat. His customs kept it for 2 weeks after that. We cannot be held responsible for something that is out of our hands. That would be unfair and no different than if lightning struck the package and set it on fire, you cannot hold us responsible for things that we have absolutly no control over.

As much as we would like to be, we are not mind readers. When you bid on a Wed and then expect it to be there on Friday for a karaoke party you set up. That would be irresponsible on your part to ignore the stated 3-5 business days for processing. Just communicate with us, tell us your needs and see how we can work to help you.

Defective product: 90% of electronics is made in China these days. And manufactures are responsible for it working. We did not build it. We just helped bring the product to you. So if you get a product that is defective out of the box, please be fair and let us help resolve the problem. It is impossible to test every player when the manufacture states they have already done so. The shipping companies throw boxes around like toys and can sometimes damage a laser inside and so forth. Things we could never avoid. And thankfully it does not happen often. Just note we will do what it takes to help out.

Defective product: If it is defective when you get it. We must let the manufacture assist (their rules). to have the customer ship back the product and they will promptly replace it once you ship the first one back. Or you can give them a credit card number for a deposit and they can arrange to send out a replacement ahead of time. Or send us a paypal payment ahead of time to cover the product and then you will quickly get a refund after that.
But must have the credit card info just in case the customer does not return the defective unit. (And yes, we have had ungreatful customers do that to us in the past
