Can you tell me how the hard drive works with the system?
When the music is loaded to the drive. When your system is hooked up to a tv.
You wait until you see the cavs logo and a little sign on the screen that says
"No Disc" This simply means that the player initialized and is telling you it
is ready to engage. You then plug the drive right into the back of the player
and wait about 20-90 seconds to see a screen pop up that is a larger box showing
smaller rectangular boxes that u can click on to go into the folder you want to
choose for the songs. We always explain this more in depth to our customers
when we speak to them.

HUGE PROBLEM WPIRATED DISC,DRIVES ON EBAY!
WHAT IF A SELLER OFFERS YOU A LOADED HARD DRIVE, LAPTOP, CAVS JB199, OR USB PLAYER?
1. Some sellers are baiting you to call them so they can offer you all their remarkable
deals on music packs. They sometimes claim they will load the drive for free. Then never give
you the original disc, or sneak in pirated disc to begin with. Example: Customer just bought a cavs player
with 8,500 songs for about $230.00. Of course we suspected that there was no way to obtain that amount
of music for those prices no matter what. Even so, we had the customer show us the disc and sure enough,
it was disc made to look like the originals!
Example 2: Another customer forwarded an email from another seller who was offering
28,000 karaoke songs on a hard drive. Of course had the nerve to tell that customer that there was
a special deal going on. $1,000.00 off the package. We cannot even discount our packages more than a
few hundred for a full system let alone $1,000.00 for 28,000 songs. Truth be told, If we ever attempted to
get you more than 10,000 karaoke songs, it would cost a few thousand dollars just to do that.
Later we find out that the seller never Intended to give them the disc, it was preloaded!
This is illegal. U have to have every last disc that comes with the hard drive.
Unless of course it is a direct purchase from the manufacturer themselves.
2. ASK FIRST: If a seller sends u a song listing or promises thousands of songs
on a hard drive, make them put it in writing that if they are loading it to a hard drive of any kind.
That u will get the actual disc that matches every single song loaded on the unit.
The classic trick is for them to send you a bunch of disc just to throw u off the trail.
Or some that will claim they have a digital license for 10,000 plus songs
How about getting the license agreement and info of the company they licensed it thru.
Then show us. If we cannot license our songs like that, then please help us understand how that is done!
It's not a matter of if, it is just a matter of when they get u in trouble.
3. SCDG DISC: ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROBLEMS WITH SCDG'S
IS THAT THERE ARE MANY WHO WOULD RATHER SELL PIRATED COPIES INSTEAD
OF PROTECTING THE MARKET. THE QUICKEST WAY TO SPOT A FAKE IS THAT THEY
WILL HAVE A PURPLE BACKING ON THEM. IN ADDITION TO THIS, MANY COMPLAINTS
FROM CUSTOMERS THAT BOUGHT SCDG FOR WELL UNDER $69 A DISC AND THEN
WONDER WHY THEY WILL NOT WORK ON ALL CAVS PLAYERS!

4. LAPTOPS/CAVS JB199'S: SOFTWARE GIANTS ARE HITTING BACK HARD!
WE HAVE SEEN MANY KARAOKE COMPUTERS NOT ONLY WITH PIRATED MUSIC, BUT
ALSO WITH PIRATED WINDOWS XP, AND OTHER SOFTWARE. THE COMPANIES ARE
FIGHTING BACK. IF YOU THINK THE BOOTLEGGERS GET YOU IN TROUBLE OVER THE
MUSIC. WAIT UNTIL YOU HOOK THAT COMPUTER UP TO THE INTERNET.. SOONER OR
LATER, THEIR MULTI MILLION DOLLAR SERVERS LATCHES ONTO YOUR COMPUTER
AND SEE'S THAT YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE A LICENSED VERSION OF THEIR SOFTWARE.

Oh, the other seller that had a laptop kept trying to sell me 20,000 plus songs and kept saying that
they have a digital license for the music and thats why they do not give the original disc with it.
Guess what, they did not want to provide proof in writing either. I will send you the email I sent to them.

I have been a dj for 17yrs. and have bought online more times than you can count. In all my years,
I have never come in contact with anyone that was anywhere near what you guys are. WOW is an

Our comment: A Customer that just purchased this system. He originally was looking at
another seller that offered him 10 times the amount of music we were, And quickly figured out
that they were trying to sell him bootleg music. over 11,000 songs on a usb drive without any of the
original disc with it! This is a prime example of what we keep telling consumers. Protect yourself.
Make the seller put it into writing. Tell you what every single brand of music on the drive is,
and that every single original disc is with the so called thousands of songs they are getting you!

This team has years of audio experience and knows the equipment inside out. Also their contacts are invaluable
for side items like music, etc. I paid more than any other place, but at least they gave me a real product. And they
were right about not trusting other sellers trying to give me over 10,000 songs on a hard drive without the disc.
They custom built exactly what I needed based on their questioning me, not based on what I first told them I wanted.
If you are the type of person that wants the exact honest truth, then you found the only place that will really do this.
I’m glad they asked me all the questions they did! My system is awesome! They bragged about the mics and speakers
and it made a huge difference. I’m glad I let them talk me into a subwoofer also. WOW! What a difference in my system
and every other karaoke system I have EVER heard! At my first Karaoke show another karaoke owner was there.
He has been in business over 10 years and has 3 systems on the road full time. He said my system was way
better than all his. Trust these guys and use them! You will end up with better equipment because of it!

Below, you will see the usb port on the back of the karaoke player.
This is where you hook up your external drive after the tv
shows "No Disc" on the screen. The silverish looking cable is the
usb extension cable. U can plug the drive cable into the end of that
after you plug it into the player.
After you plug your hard drive in. Give it about 20-90 seconds for the
blue screen to pop up. Photo below. Then u just select the folder
u want to go into for the certain disc the music is on. Notice
how you see each box that shows what disc is stored in there.
Then once you select the disc you want to pull the song off of. This is the next screen
that will pop up. You then just type in the number of the song. When you want to go back
out to the main screen, just hit the up arrow on your remote

Our experience has been excellent. They went the extra mile to be sure we received our
system and that we were completely happy. When we had questions, they were just a phone call away.

Payment Terms
- The ad states that you must contact us first before pressing buy it now. This is to avoid the very few/rare customers that never read the ad and just press buy
it now, and then start asking questions later, or never communicate. If you do not contact us before you bid and open dialog, you are in breach of our terms
and therefore waive your rights to leaving feedback. We can have it removed by eBay. Don't worry, this only directed at the rare few that are out to harm out
flawless feedback in a wreckless manner.
- Do not feel pressured to pay right after the auction. If you don't get paid until the weekend and want to wait. U must communicate with us, that's all we ask.
- You must include your phone number when checking out. We have had to deal with customers that buy items, never communicate via email and we must
contact them via phone. We hate companies that share personal information, so you are 10,000% safe with us!
Must have a verified paypal account. There are no exceptions to this. If you are not sure if you have a confirmed ship address, you must contact paypal and verify your account before making payment. We cannot be held responsible if you are not verified and there are delays due to this. As well as you waiving your rights to feedback if you breach our terms. Once again, only directed at the rare few that would destroy a sellers ratings without regard to fairness.

Shipping Terms
- Ship rates only for main 48 U.S states.
System must have a signature required! NO EXCEPTIONS
Up to 7-10 business days to process order. We have a high volume of sales and everything goes in order. We also have some at risk
youth that work with us to help them understand the value of customer service and a better life than the streets. They will work hard to get
it out sooner. Please just note if you buy from us, you must accept our clearly stated time frames. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once again, any rules
not followed, you waive your rights to leave us feedback as we wish for everyone to truly be fair during the process.
2-6 business days for normal transit time after shipped.
UPS is our standard shipper. If you need it to go USPS, please contact us before you bid so we can work with you on this.
International: U must work out ALL OF THE DETAILS before ever bidding on our system. We will literally go out of our way to save you as much
money as we can on shipping. If you have a problem with our ship rates, you must tell us up front.
We also have no control over transit time to other countries. Example; Sent a package to Turkey (express) 3 day estimated delivery time to the country.
Amazing enough, it made it to the customers country in 3 days flat. His customs kept it for 2 weeks after that. We cannot be held responsible for something
that is out of our hands. That would be unfair and no different than if lightning struck the package and set it on fire, you cannot hold us responsible for things
that we have no control over.
As much as we would like to be, we are not mind readers. When you bid on a Wed and then expect it to be there on Friday for a karaoke party you set up. That would be irresponsible on your part to ignore the stated days for processing. Just communicate with us, tell us your needs and see how we can work to help you.
Defective product: 90% of electronics is made in China these days. And manufactures are responsible for it working. We did not make it. We just helped bring the product to you. So if you get a product that is defective please be fair and let us help resolve the problem. It is impossible to prepare for all possible problems. The shipping companies throw boxes around like toys and can sometimes damage a laser inside and so forth. Things we could never avoid. And thankfully it does not happen often. Just note we will do what it takes to help out. DO NOT ask for a refund just because something is wrong, you must let us work to fix a problem.
If it is defective when you get it. We must let the manufacture assist (their rules). to have the customer ship back the product and they will promptly replace it once you ship the first one back. Or you can give them a credit card number for a deposit and they can arrange to send out a replacement ahead of time. But must have the credit card info just in case the customer does not return the defective unit. (And yes, we have had ungrateful customers do that to us in the past).
Remember. Even if an ad says free shipping. We still pay to ship it to you. So if we ever end up crediting you for exchange. It will never be the full price. It will
- be the price after we deduct what we originally paid to ship it to you. This is the fair thing to do.
