All custom decal sales are final as we can not sell custom labels to anyone else. All basic non-custom labels can be returned for a full refund if they are in the original shape and not applied. If you are not happy with the label you can return it no questions asked. (this has never happened) If for some reason there is a spelling error we will fix the problem right away. (also never happened) Each label is viewed by a minimum of 3 employees before shipped.
All decals will be produced and shipped 1-2 days from time full payment is received. All decals will be shipped first class mail. We strive to get all decals produced and shipped ASAP ensuring a high quality product.
