includes the box, delivery confirmation, all packaging materials to protect the item during shipment, other shipping supplies and fees. INSURANCE IS REQUIRED ON THIS ITEM AND IT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE. I do not ship to PUERTO RICO.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
We are happy to ship International. International buyers pay all shipping, handling, and insurance fees. Please e-mail before you bid and ask for a quote. A handling fee is added to each order and international shipments are only shipped via US Postal Service. If you do not want to pay handling fees, please do not bid. Due to increased security and risk in dealing with international bidders, we will only ship via Global Express Mail since it can be traced, delivery confirmed, and insured. Please e-mail for a quote before bidding.
Shipping Method:
We are currently shipping US Mail. Express Mail is sometimes available for an extra fee, usually $18 TO $25, but must be approved before you bid to make sure we can get your item can go out quickly! We try to accomodate every request. We also sometimes ship FedEx ground or UPS Ground. We ship twice per week for domestic ship. If you need your item in a hurry, please e-mail before you bid to see if we can accomodate your shipping requests.
Combined Shipping:
We are happy to combine shipping for you when we can. Not all items are available for combined shipping, so please inquire with us first. Do not bid and win multiple items and expect us to combine shipping. Due to the delicate nature of our beaded gowns, only one gown can ship per package. Please ask us first. Some items ship from different locations, so we cannot combine.
Payment Methods:
We prefer Paypal. When paying with Paypal, we will only ship to a CONFIRMED ADDRESS. It is your responsibility to make sure your address is confirmed with paypal, before you bid. If you win an auction and your address is not confirmed, it will hold up your order.
Payment Policy:
Payments must be received within 4 days from end of auction. If payment is not received from bidder, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted. A non-paying bidder alert will be filed with Ebay, and appropriate feedback may be left.
Return Policy:
Due to high demand, and the deep discounts offered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. However, if you should have a problem, please email me asap.
After the Auction Ends:
It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact us within three days of the auction ending. Please include your name, address, and phone number. We will attempt to contact you within 12 hours from end of auction, but sometimes we find that e-mail's are returned for different reason, therefore, we ask that you make an effort to contact us first. If you do not receive our e-mail or payment instructions, please e-mail us using the link on this page.
Non-Responsive Bidder:
It is the bidders responsibility to contact seller within 3 days from end of auction. If no contact is made, the seller will start the non-paying bidder process, and appropriate feedback may be given.
Feedback Policy:
As a seller, positive feedback is important to us. We will gladly return the courtesy. Please contact us immediately if for any reason you do not feel that positive feedback is warranted. We will always do our best to resolve any concerns.

We really regret that we have to include all this "stuff" in our auctions, but is a necessary evil of ebay. We have to make sure you fully understand our policies and guidelines before you bid. This has helped us maintain such good feedback and make sure you buy the right item, and are fully satisfied with your ebay purchase!
