 This is a Kenner's Grider and Panel BUILD A HOME & SUBDIVISION. Design and build a great variety of different homes.Coinstruct subdivisions with as many as six houses. Build framework of girders and joists on masonite foundations...ten snap on the prefab walls and roof. The set is in played with condition but seems to be in good condition.Box is missing one side of ther top lid. I don't know if all the 398 pieces are present. GREAT FUN for and kid or adult.
