• We carry top quality brands found in high-end department stores in the US. We buy their overstock items in bulk which are guaranteed 100% AUTHENTIC whether brand new, customer returns or floor samples.

• All items are always described as it is & any flaws are disclosed as accurately as possible. Some stores deface or cut labels (even if item is brand new) to prevent returns to their stores.

• We are not responsible for items that do not fit.  We sell department store brands and some brands fit differently.  Certain items may have been tried on and may need to be washed or dry cleaned before wearing. 

• Have fun & stop back often. We post new items daily.

MODE OF PAYMENT

• We accept payments via PAYPAL, MONEY ORDER or CASHIER'S CHECK only. Buyer must indicate the complete shipping address & item number as reference when making a payment by money order or cashier's check.

• If you plan to bid on more than one item, please allow all item auctions to end before you checkout & pay. This way your items can be combined for a discounted shipping rate. We allow up to 5 days to combine. If you make two or more separate payments, it will go out as two or more separate items and you will not be able to avail the shipping discount. 

• Payments not received after 2 weeks from auction ending or date of purchase will be automatically reported to ebay & item will be relisted for auction/sale.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• We will try our best to ship the item within 24 hours after payment is received/cleared.

• We ship weekdays; for payments received on a Friday (after 12:00 noon PST), item will be shipped Monday.
  

• No shipments are made during Saturdays, Sundays & holidays here in the US.

• Shipments within the US are made via USPS or UPS & takes about 3-5 working days to arrive.

• Shipments outside the US are made via USPS & takes about 2-4 weeks to arrive due to customs processing.
  

• Please take note of this information before making any shipment follow-up. Tracking number will be provided upon request. However, tracking number is not available for international shipments.

RETURN POLICY

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• Bids/orders cannot be cancelled once the auction/listing has ended.
  

• NO CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED.
