RETURN POLICY 

A product must be diagnosed "defective" by the Original Equipment Manufacturer's Technical Support Department prior to RMA issuance. Once an item has been diagnosed, please contact us to request for RMA number.

 

No returns can be accepted after 7 days.

 

Following return and inspection, any product found to be non-defective is subject to a minimum restocking fee of at least 15%.

 

Shipping and handling fees on non-defective items are not refundable.  Any request for service will be governed by the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
