Q: What happens if I don't receive ordered items on time?
A: Please Email us to let us know so we maybe able to take up the issue with UPS or USPS to expedite shipping. However, you maybe able to track the package yourself by visiting www.ups.com; www.usps.com OR a third party software.
Q: I do not live in the U.S. and it has been 9 days since I placed the order, where are my products?
A: Your items are in transit or with the Customs Department of your country. Please be patient and you will receive your items soon. We are not responsible for how third parties behave. From our end, your products were shipped timely. Please track your package in case of UPS or wait in the case of USPS Priority Mail International.
Q: I do not live in the U.S. Do I have to pay customs duty?
A: We can only do so much as lowering our merchandise prices and then shipping them expeditiously. We are not responsible for customs duty or surcharges by officials or departments in your own country.
