I am happy to get your item to the carrier within 24 hours after your payment has cleared. I ship products using USPS, UPS, therefore it could take 3 to14 days for your item to be delivered. Depend on postage. I do not charge a Shipping or handling charge (To 48 states of USA), as I use recycled material to package items. we provide tracking number . Local pickup available upon request.

International shipping:

I am happy to get your item to the post office within 24 hours after your payment has cleared. I ship products using USPS EXPRESS/FIRST CLASS MAIL depend on the size of pakage, therefore International shipping can take 10 to 30 days for your item to be delivered. Please, be aware of your local customs office for details on how you can claim items if your package has been delayed longer than 15 days above normal delivery time. I do not charge a handling charge, as I use recycled material to package items. We claim the value of the package by the ending item price. I am sorry, but I cannot claim your item as a gift to avoid customs fees. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees.

Returns and Refunds:

• I will accept returns, within 7 days of close of transaction within reason. Returns are based on buyer contact. Please Contact Me so we can discuss means to an amicable solution.

•  Refund will be made in the same method as it was received by me. (meaning if you paid by Paypal - you will get a Paypal refund.).

• The return item is in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and all else that came with it. No cut wires. You will be charged for any missing contents. 
  Buyer Must ship item back to us via method that can be tracked at the Buyer's expense

• Once we receive the defective merchandise we will replace/repair it and ship it back to the Buyer/winner. Buyer will be required to pay for reshipping as we do not get reimbursed from warranty companies for the shipping.

• We charge 15% restocking fees of the price.

Warranty:

We offer Repair warranty for one year on all refurbished units, and exchange warranty on brand new units (current models) for one year.
