Frenquently Asked Questions:

1. Are your item new, unused and in box? YES, unless my listing indicates otherwise, all my items are BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED. They will be in a box if they are made with a box.

2. How much is shipping? Shipping costs and options can be found using the shipping calculator on each of my listings.

3. Do I combine shipping? Yes, Combined shipping is 100% for the first and most expensive item to ship and 50% for each additional item. To receive the discount, you must request an invoice AFTER purchase but BEFORE payment. Then wait for the combined invoice before makeing payment. If you pay without requesting the invoice or before recieving the combined invoice discount, I do not refund shipping costs.

4.Do you ship to my country? I ship worldwide.  To find shipping costs and options, just select your country and quantity using the shipping calculator.

5. How long will it take for me to receive my items? I try to process all my items within 2 business days. However, sometimes unforeseen events occur in life and it does not happen. If for any reason shipment of your items are delayed for extensive time, I will upgrade your shipping for free.

NEW EBAY USERS: PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT ITEMS OVERNIGHT. YOU NEED TO ALLOW 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND AMPLE TIME FOR DELIVERY.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS: Travel time for packages take 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. If you don't receive your package in 7 business days, you can send me an email on status.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Delivery time takes 3 to 14 business days (depending on shipping method) PLUS up to 30 additional days for customs. I do not have any control over customs processing time. So please do not email me asking for status of your order if you haven't allowed ample time for customs.

I do NOT ship on weekend and holidays. (I and my employees need time with our families too.)

6. What is the expiration date? All my items are fresh and expire in 12 months or greater unless specified in my listing. I do not give exact date and month of expiration because my stock is continously changing and it is too much work to keep chaning my listings.

7. Will you send email notification of tracking or shipping information? NO. I do not send email notifications when item ships.

Domestic Customers: If you don't recieve your item after 10 business days, you can email me for status.

INTERNATIONAL Customers: If you don't recieve your item after 25 business days, you can email me for a status.

8. Will I ship to a friend or family member? Yes, but only if their address is added to both your ebay and paypal accounts. The address must be on file in order for me to drop ship.

I WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS SELECTED AT CHECKOUT! THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION AND FOR MINE!

9. When do I need to make payment by? I expect payment as soon as possible. However, if payment is not received in 7 days, I will file an unpaid item claim with ebay. If you take 1 week to pay, don't expect me to ship your item the next day. If you have problem or delay in payment because you are waiting to buy more, send me an email.

My goal is to provide the best service and smoothest transaction as possible. However, I and my employees are only human and sometimes make mistakes.
