We carefully examine all items and disclose any defects, stains, flaws, etc. that we notice. Unless otherwise noted as new, clothing items are gently worn. All items are from a pet-free, smoke-free environment. If you should experience a problem or have a concern, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of item at boutique@chiquelife.com. Any returns must be pre-approved. No exceptions. A return authorization number (RA) will be issued, which must be included with the item being returned and marked on the exterior of the package. Items without an approved RA number will be returned to sender. Items with listing errors will be credited in full, including return shipping.
