KNIFE SEAX BLACKSMITH FORGED WROUGHT IRON & TOOL STEEL

This knife was hand forged by me, Darrel Aune.  It was made in a Viking style with my own twist in, It has a wrought iron guard and butt cap. The blade is laminated wrought iron and high carbon tool steel for a knife edge that will hold its sharpness and a blade that is as tough as it gets. The pics can't show it, but you can see the fine damascus like layers in the iron sides of the knife blade. The handle is made from African Bubinga and is a trough tang that has been peened over on the butt cap and filed smooth. Comes with a hand molded tooling leather sheath. 

This knife is great for hunting, survival, camping, wood working, chopping veggies, or just use it as an eating knife like the Vikings did.
