You are bidding on an Edwin M. Knowles Collector plate. This is plate #23753b. Entitled "The Toy Maker". First Limited Edtion by Norman Rockwell. First in the Rockwell Heritage Collection. Dated 1977. Certified as a true Rockwell Classic by the Rockwell Society of America. Dated 1977. Plate is in excellent condition. This plate is in the original box from Knowles and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. The plate has never been out of the box on display. Current market value is over $400.00.
