 This Gerochristo Ring is made with 18k Gold, Sterling Silver and Lapis, with the stone measuring about 3/4" square.
Geochristo and his family have been jewelry designer-makers in Athens for several generations. He is a former partner of Konstantino whose work sells at Neiman-Marcus and who utilized Geochristo's designer skills to broaden his own collection. Geochristo now works out of the family atelier in Athens and makes his jewelry to order. This is a size 9, has considerable engraving on the sides, and the lapis lazuli is set in an 18k gold casing and  bezel.  One of the most handsome signet rings you will ever come across. This would easily bring $500+ if it were sold in the US.
