KORNER PROLL GERMAN 800 SILVER CUT CRYSTAL CRUET STAND

It consists of six cut crystal bottles in a silver frame. The bottles all have saw toothed ribs & star burst bottoms. There are three shakers, two stoppered cruets & a lidded jar with spoon. The stand has a round handle & beaded trim. It screws together & can be totally dis-assembled.

The bottles have no cracks, chips or cloudiness. One stopper is a replacement. The stands has no dents or bends. There is wear to one rubber foot pad. It is perfect for gift giving. Bid now! You are not buying, you are investing.

The tallest bottle is about 8 1/4" (21 cm.) tall. The stand measures about 11" (28 cm.) tall, 8 1/2" (21.5 cm.) in diameter & weighs about 21 troy ounces (weighed on a not very precise, spring loaded scale).

There are small touch marks on the bottle tops as shown. The stand is marked on the bottom with the German crescent moon & crown (Halbmond und Krone)standard mark used after 1888, "800" (denotes 800/100 compared to Sterling @ 925/100, so it is silver & not silver plate) & the winged star mark of the Silversmiths Korner & Proll, Berlin. I believe it dates to the early 1900's.
