THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN THE SALE OF ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ("PRODUCTS") BY KOCO SPORTS AUCTIONS. AND ITS DIVISIONS AND SUBSIDIARIES ("SELLER") AND APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY CONFLICTING, CONTRARY OR ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ANY PURCHASE OR OTHER DOCUMENT OR COMMUNICATION FROM BUYER. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY ONLY BE WAIVED OR MODIFIED IN A WRITTEN AGREEMENT SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF SELLER. NEITHER SELLER'S ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF AN ORDER NOR SELLER'S FAILURE TO OBJECT TO CONFLICTING, CONTRARY OR ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN AN ORDER SHALL BE DEEMED AN ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR A WAIVER OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF.

BIDDING. Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. Request to cancel bids will not NOT be honored.

ERRORS IN OUR LISTINGS. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and KOCO SPORTS AUCTIONS reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment has been sent. If your Paypal payment has already been sent for the purchase and your order is cancelled, KOCO SPORTS AUCTIONS will issue a credit to your PayPal account in the amount of the charge or issue a check for the amount of the charge and send it via postal mail within 30 days. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. While KOCO SPORTS AUCTIONS takes steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product and third-party services provided, please refer to the originator of information for details, for example the manufacturer for complete product details.

ORDER PROCESSING. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. All orders require a minimum of 24-72 hours to be processed prior to being shipped.

SHIPPING & HANDLING. We ship from many different warehouses. In some cases, we are not able to combine orders for shipping discounts. Most orders ship within 72 hours from the time your payment is received and processes. All orders are shipped via one of our pre-approved certified carriers utilizing state of the art packaging and shipping supplies. Orders ship M-F from 9am-3pm EST. All orders placed on Fridays will ship no earlier than Monday afternoon on the following week. We ship to the 50 U.S. States only! No International orders & No P.O. Boxes. If you pay via PayPal, WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO A CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS!

ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCTS. Inspection and acceptance of the Products shall be Buyer's responsibility. Buyer is deemed to have accepted the Products unless written notice of rejection is received by Seller within five (3) days after delivery of the Products. Buyer waives any right to revoke acceptance thereafter. Buyer shall report any discrepancy in shipment quantity or damage within five (3) days after delivery.

PRODUCT RETURNS. All sales come with 14-day warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Warranty Claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your order.

RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION.  No return  of  Products shall  be  accepted  by Seller without a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") Number, which may be issued by Seller in its sole discretion. Returned Products must be in original manufacturer's shipping cartons complete with all packing materials. All Products for return shall be returned freight prepaid in the manner specified in the RMA. If returned Products are claimed to be defective, a complete description of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned Products. Products not eligible for return shall be returned to Buyer, freight collect.
