Packages are usually shipped within 48-72 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday)
We do offer combined shipping for most items. All combined items must end within 3 days of each other. We will automatically send you a combined invoice with the total shipping costs. We will do whatever we can to help save you money on the shipping costs but there are some items that we can not combine with others because of safe packing constraints.(example - shipping a crystal decanter in the same box as a bowling ball) Please consider this when you are bidding on multiple items.
Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Do not contact us asking to have items shipped via USPS if it does not show up as a shipping option on the auction. We choose not to use USPS for certain items.
LOCAL PICK-UP: Most items are available for local pick-up at our Bethesda, Maryland location. There is a $5 pick up fee for each item. Buyer will also pay 6% MD Sales Tax.
All local pick up items must be picked up within 7 days of the auctions close. If you buy and are unable to pick up, you must pay for the shipping costs. If you are not willing to pay the shipping costs, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. You are responsible for all brokerage and/or customs fees.
Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.
Shipping insurance is required for all items that sell for over $100.00.
Any item over $250 will be shipped with a required Signature Confirmation.
