The purchaser of this unit can easily rent the unit for the 4th of July holiday for the same amount as the purchase price or more!! The maintenance fees are the lowest in Maui at $270.00 per year. Usage is bienniel / even years / floating weeks 1-51; usage begins in 2010. Buyer is responsible for closing costs of approximately $350 and resort transfer fees of $550; I will not ask for reimbursement of the 2010 maintenance fees of $270 and include the 2010 week as part of the deal; the transaction will be processed through a licensed closing company; payment to be made via paypal.  Enjoy holidays and / or summer vacations in Maui or exchange the unit through Interval International for any unit in any other area of the country, there are even units out of the country, the Bahamas, as well as other Hawaiian islands.
