Shipping Policy

• If your country is not listed in the table, please provide us the shipping address for exact shipping rate.
• We do not provide local pickup service, the S&H to Hong Kong would be the lowest amount of S&H listed in the table.
• Item will be sent within 1 business day after the payment is completed.
• Insurance is optional, but we will not bear any responsibility for any item damage, lost or stolen if the buyer didnt pay for the insurance fee.

Return & Refund Policy

Refund or Return can be made if and only if the following situations are satisfied:

• Buyer has paid for the shipping insurance.
• Non man-made damage
• Buyer has provided correct Shipping Address
• Buyer has filed the case with us within 3 days after the item is received.
• Buyer has provided sufficient photos which the damage is clearly shown.
