Shipping Terms and Conditions

Our regular service is China Post SAL. SAL normally takes 3 to 5 weeks to arrive (usually 3 to 4 weeks). China Post SAL is a registered service with a delivery confirmation number. This delivery confirmation number is NOT a tracking number. Tracking numbers are available if you use China Post AIR or EMS Express service. If you choose China Post SAL (our default shipping method), or Surface for your shipping method please don’t ask me for a tracking number.



If your package does not arrive within these specified times and the package was never signed for (i.e. never delivered) I will provide a full refund of purchase cost and shipping.

SAL – after 45 days of payment sent
Airmail – after 25 days of payment sent
Surface – after 120 days of payment

*Customers in France are not entitled to a shipping refund if the package is returned by French Customs.
