My take on Kara Ross:

Regularly featured in Vogue and Elle, Kara Ross jewelry is a celebrity favorite and recognizable all over the world.

Kara started her career by becoming a gemologist after attending the prestigious Georgetown University in Washington DC.  Shortly thereafter, Ms. Ross sold her first collection to Neiman Marcus that consisted primarily of gold and silver pieces with Tahitian props and accents.

After several years of stuggling, selling her own collection of fine jewelry, in 2002 Kara Ross put together a collection of mostly rock crystal with diamond accents that was very fashion forward for it’s time that she sold to Bergdorf Goodman…  After this, things quickly fell into place for Kara, as she quickly began experimenting with other mediums such as handbags and clutches.    Lots of colors, sizes and skins, Kara Ross has developed quite the following and it is very rare to find any of her items for less than full price (most items actually sell at a premium)!
