Software listed in a condition as brand new are covered by 30days warranties from the auction closing date. No additional warranties are implied or offered from PSI. If you receive an item with defective DVD, our return policy is as follows:

• We provide 30day replacement for Defective media and it will be replaced with same CD or DVD only.
  
• You must obtain a retrun number before sent itme back,otherwise returns will be refused.The item have to be returned to us include all accessories and must be in the same condition as it was when we shipped it.
• Shipping and insurance are non refundable. It is buyer's responsibility for return shipping charges.
• Due to copyrights issues, opened Games and Software can not be refunded under any circumstance
• We accept return for unopened software within 30days. Return item will be charged 15% of restocking fee.
