I bought this at a Kate Spade Store for my bridesmaid, but I no longer need it.  It is still with tags and NEVER used in Mint Condition. There are no defects.  The bag is a pretty shiny nylon stain resisitant material.   It can be used for work or play or as a baby diaper bag.  Great as a gift. Comes with a Kate Spade changing pad, which alone retails for $30.  Black is a hard color to find since it is the most popular color.   I removed the protective plastic bag it comes in just to take this picture.  Still has original stuffing in bag.  Comes from a smoke-free home.
