Sufferers:All of my items come from a clean, smoke and pet free home.
SHIPPING
I ship the majority of my packages using USPS Priority mail with
delivery confirmation and tracking.Once
the package ships, you will be emailed with the tracking information.The US Postal web site says that the average
shipping time for Priority Mailis 2 to 3 business days depending on
the package destination.Once again, I
have no control over the length of time that the USPS takes to deliver the
package.All I have to go by is what
they post on their web site.Please do
not penalize me for the workings of a huge government agency that I cannot
control.I generally ship packages
within 1 to 2 days of receiving cleared payment.If at all possible and in most cases,
packages go out the day I receive a cleared payment or the next if the payment
is received too late to get the package to the post office on the day payment
is received.The exception to this would
be if I had to work over-time for several days in a row.If you purchase an item that you are in
special need of receiving quickly, please let me know so that I can make
special arrangements to see that the package does go out as quickly as
possible.I know everyone wants their
items quickly.I make it a priority to
see that packages are shipped ASAP.I do
not sit on packages that I have received a cleared payment on.Because you took the time to pay me promptly,
I have a responsibility to you to see that you get your item as quickly as I
can process it.
SHIPPING
COSTS
I do add a small amount to the postage to help cover my shipping
supplies.I do not want to beat this
subject to death, but this seems to be a very big issue with eBay and
customers.I think that I should have
the right to let my thoughts on the subject be known and to give you some
insight as to how I calculate shipping costs.Sometimes what I add to help cover my shipping costs is not even enough
to cover the actual postage if you live far enough away from me in the USA.In those instances, I lose two ways; I lose
on the postage and on the supplies.I
only add all of this because I want you to know that the postage issue is not
as black and white as some think.I pack
and tape my packages very well.I print
my shipping labels and cover the labels with shipping tape so that they remain
in tact.Quality shipping tape, tissue,
ink, packing paper, etc. are not cheap, not to mention the cost of the gas it
takes to drop them off at the post office daily.I also package my items nicely and do not
over crowd them so that your items do not arrive in a wrinkled mess.I am not
making money on the shipping fee that I charge.I am a cost accountant, and I know how to
allocate incidental costs to product cost to arrive at true, actual cost.The costs of shipping supplies add up in a
hurry when a lot of packages are shipped.I go through a roll of clear shipping tape with about every 5th
package that I ship out, not to even mention all of the tissue paper that I
use.As I said above, there is gas to
the post office and sometimes the flat postage that I charge is not even enough
to cover what the postal service charges me just for the postage!These supplies are expensive.I have to cover my costs just like any other
business.I am not complaining because I
am here to do a service for you, which I enjoy.Just please remember this
information when you evaluate my shipping fees.There is a lot more to it than just what the post office charges me for
the package.

international customers have to pay higher shipping rates depending on the

packages: The shipping rate per pound goes down as the pounds shipped goes

shipping rate is much less on the second item.Then if the cost is averaged between the two items, the shipping rates
are not nearly as high as they were for just one item.I want to emphasize that I am only offering a
