Kathy Van Zeeland purse&wallet MULTI JEWELS CROWN PRINC

This multi-colored bag by Kathy Van Zeeland (KVZ) is gorgeous and another one of the most popular patterns that Kathy has ever come out with.  The bag is Family Jewels Crown Prints Belt Shopper w/Pockets.  The wallet is a Basic Instinct done in Black.  The black trim on each piece matches the other perfectly, and they look fabulous together.  The deep, rich mixtures of the colors make a perfect bag for anytime of the year.  There are several deep, jewel tone colors in the bag.  The bag offers you so many different colors to pull from.  Each color is pretty, and they all come together as a whole to make a masterpiece.  These jeweled toned colors are the rage for any season.  They work great anytime.  The bag and wallet are versatile.  The gorgeous black wallet can be used with many of your bags; not just with this one bag so that you will get a lot more use from it.  They are HOT!!!  Both are brand spanking new with tags, and in flawless, pristine condition inside and out. This beautiful bag and wallet will go with so many outfits.  This stylish set is so very classy and chic.  Both are very popular.  Please do not let this set disappear before you get yours.

PAYMENTS

Non-payers are out of control.  Due to some (NOT ALL) rude, inconsiderate, eBayers, I have to change my payment policy requirements to “immediate payment required” before any purchase transactions can be completed.  If this causes you a problem and if you have a special situation that you would like to discuss with me, I am sure that we can work out an arrangement prior to your purchase that will be agreeable to both of us.  I do not want to put a burden on my customers; I am only trying to look out for myself as well as my customers.  The non-paying bidders do not even have enough consideration to contact me in order to let me know that they are not paying.  They just leave me hanging without any idea as to what their intentions are.  If a buyer is willing to contact me, they will usually follow through with what they say they are going to do unlike the non-payers who will not even communicate with me.  I am easy to work with.  All I ask is that you show me the same consideration.   

RETURN POLICY

All items are sold as is.  I do not give refunds or accept returns.  I really do not like having to tell customers “no”, so PLEASE do not ask for refunds or to return items unless I have grossly misrepresented an item.  After receiving an item, deciding that you really do not want it does not justify a return.  I am not a department store and do not have the ability to process refunds and credits the way they do.  I take EXTREME CARE in describing my items to the best of my ability.  I also take pictures to the best of my ability that are true representations of the actual items being offered.  I pay more for my listings because I include enough pictures to be sure that you see a true representation of the item being offered.  Taking all of this into consideration, there is not any reason for you not to know exactly what you are bidding on, which results in no surprises when the item arrives.  I work very hard making this a true statement.  I am honest and upfront, but not perfect.  Occasionally, I may miss something.  If I do, I will be the first to admit that I am not perfect and will work with you to correct any mistakes that I may have made.  My policy is full disclosure so that each potential customer can make informed decisions regarding rather to buy, or not.  If in doubt at all, please ask before buying or bidding.

FEEDBACK

If you have a problem at any time during or after your buying experience, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback and/or scoring any area of my service with less than a 5 star Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) rating.  How you rate your buying experience with me is very important to my business.  It can even have an effect on whether I can continue to sell on eBay.  Please do not take it lightly.  It is extremely important to my business.  I work very hard for you and for a 5 star rating in all DSRs categories with nothing less than positive feedback; so please give me the opportunity to work out any differences before you leave me anything less.  The way the DSRs are set up, it would appear that a 4 is equivalent to a good rating like grades, but it is NOT.  Anything less than a 5 is a bad performance rating as far as eBay is concerned!  Also, a neutral feedback appears to be just what you would think neutral should be; a buying experience that is neither good nor bad.  There again, that is NOT the way eBay evaluates neutral.  Neutral is as bad as a negative.  I cannot know there is a problem unless you tell me.  I am a reasonable person and easy to get along with. Please be reasonable with me.  I want all transactions to be a pleasant experience for me and my customers!

SHIPPING

I ship the majority of my packages using USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and tracking.  Once the package ships, you will be emailed with the tracking information.  The US Postal web site says that the average shipping time for Priority Mail is 2 to 3 business days depending on the package destination.  Once again, I have no control over the length of time that the USPS takes to deliver the package.  All I have to go by is what they post on their web site.  Please do not penalize me for the workings of a huge government agency that I cannot control.  I generally ship packages within 1 to 2 days of receiving cleared payment.  If at all possible and in most cases, packages go out the day I receive a cleared payment or the next if the payment is received too late to get the package to the post office on the day payment is received.  The exception to this would be if I had to work over-time for several days in a row.  If you purchase an item that you are in special need of receiving quickly, please let me know so that I can make special arrangements to see that the package does go out as quickly as possible.  I know everyone wants their items quickly.  I make it a priority to see that packages are shipped ASAP.  I do not sit on packages that I have received a cleared payment on.  Because you took the time to pay me promptly, I have a responsibility to you to see that you get your item as quickly as I can process it.

SHIPPING COSTS

I do add a small amount to the postage to help cover my shipping supplies.  I do not want to beat this subject to death, but this seems to be a very big issue with eBay and customers.  I think that I should have the right to let my thoughts on the subject be known and to give you some insight as to how I calculate shipping costs.  Sometimes what I add to help cover my shipping costs is not even enough to cover the actual postage if you live far enough away from me in the USA.  In those instances, I lose two ways; I lose on the postage and on the supplies.  I only add all of this because I want you to know that the postage issue is not as black and white as some think.  I pack and tape my packages very well.  I print my shipping labels and cover the labels with shipping tape so that they remain in tact.  Quality shipping tape, tissue, ink, packing paper, etc. are not cheap, not to mention the cost of the gas it takes to drop them off at the post office daily.  I also package my items nicely and do not over crowd them so that your items do not arrive in a wrinkled mess.  I am not making money on the shipping fee that I charge.  I am a cost accountant, and I know how to allocate incidental costs to product cost to arrive at true, actual cost.  The costs of shipping supplies add up in a hurry when a lot of packages are shipped.  I go through a roll of clear shipping tape with about every 5^th package that I ship out, not to even mention all of the tissue paper that I use.  As I said above, there is gas to the post office and sometimes the flat postage that I charge is not even enough to cover what the postal service charges me just for the postage!  These supplies are expensive.  I have to cover my costs just like any other business.  I am not complaining because I am here to do a service for you, which I enjoy.  Just please remember this information when you evaluate my shipping fees.  There is a lot more to it than just what the post office charges me for the package.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – PLEASE NOTE:

The shipping costs in my listings are for USA shipments only.  International customers, please contact me prior to bidding to see what the shipping cost will be to your country so that there are no misunderstandings.

It is sad, but true that international customers have to pay higher shipping rates depending on the country that they live in.  Whatever those rates total to, they are calculated by the US Postal Service.  I am in no way responsible for the calculation of international shipping costs.  I would like to make international buyers aware of how they can possibly save on shipping costs.  The following has been my experience when shipping international packages: The shipping rate per pound goes down as the pounds shipped goes up.  What that means to international buyers is if they purchase more than one item from the same shipper, the shipping rate is much less on the second item.  Then if the cost is averaged between the two items, the shipping rates are not nearly as high as they were for just one item.  I want to emphasize that I am only offering a tip based on my experience.  It is only a tip for international buyers to consider.   Please do not mistake it as anything official from the US Postal Service.  As always, the total and final shipping costs are determined by the US Postal Service.    

·        Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

·        Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

·        These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. 

·        I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Please look at the pictures and read the descriptions carefully.  Ask as many questions as necessary.  I will gladly reply.  Please ask questions before bidding, and please allow me enough time to respond.  I work full-time, but I will respond within 10 hours; most of the time, much less. 

Customer satisfaction is very important to me.  If you have a problem of any kind, please contact me with a reasonable attitude.  I am a reasonable person and will work with you.  Life is too short to get bent out of shape over circumstances that can be corrected given enough time and opportunity.
