High speed internet access for a fee. No air-conditioning, the trade winds and ceiling fans normally keep the units cool. Laundry facility is located in the building for units without a washer and dryer. Mid week housekeepingservice is offered. 1BR units OCCUPANCY: Max 4/Priv 4 have 1 king or queen bed and 1 queensofa sleeper.

The state of Hawaii charges a transient accommodation tax of $25 for the week (For the unit NOT per person) payable at the resort. The resort also charges a small energy surcharge of only $25 for the unit for the week. So your total extra fees payable to the resort only amount to approx $7 per night. That's it..there are no other fees.
