I have no idea the age of this piece. The lower two thirds of the sign is black for writing with chalk. I believe it originally came from the mid-west. In the lower right hand corner are the letters KMS-II....below that is Donaldson Art Sign Co. Cov., KY. The sign is scratched, worn on the edges, but overall in decent shape. The back has white paint on it. If paying with personal check, allow 7 business days for check to clear. Measures approx. 27.5" x 14" Thanks!
