Made of porcelian. This is in the shape of a tooth and has a smiley face with a pink bow on the outside of the lid of the box.
Payment Terms:
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. You can pay instantly with PayPal. We will accept cashiers checks or money orders with prior approval- absolutely NO personal checks. Your purchase will not ship until we receive payment.
We ask that you pay within 48 hours of the auction ending- this can easily be done through PayPal. If you pay by check through PayPal- the purchase will not ship until the funds have cleared our account. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay. By you winning the auction, someone else has lost- that would have loved the item. For those of you that don't realize sellers incur costs whether the transaction goes through or not.
If approval is given for a mail in payment- the payment is due to us no later than 7 days after the end of the auction.
If we do not receive payment or contact from you, we will file a complaint against you with Ebay for the non-payment. This will be done within 7 days of auction ending. Non-payment strikes can hurt you when trying to win another auction.
Shipping:
We generally ship all items within 3-5 days of receipt of payment. We ship Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Expedited shipping is available for additional charges. All purchases will require insurance and will be included in the shipping quoted- this covers loss and damage during shipping. Upon your purchase shipping you will automatically receive tracking info from us through PayPal. Please check your e-mail as we do not have the time to resend individual tracking numbers after the initial time it is sent to you.
Quoted shipping rate is for the 48 US continental states only; Alaska and Hawaii not included. If you are outside the 48 US States, please contact seller for shipping charges!
We will ship anywhere you want your purchase sent- as long as you are willing to pay the shipping. When asking for a quote please give us the exact items you want and the address to ship to. This is very time consuming for us so please only contact us when you have all the information ready- we will only do it once.
Shipping outside of the United States may incur additional fees when the package is delivered to you. We have no control over these fees and we are not responsible for them.
Multiple Shipping Discount: We ship very quickly- so if you plan to combine auctions let us know so we won't ship the purchases until all are complete. All items must ship together to receive shipping discount.
It is calculated: the highest shipping quoted for the first item and $3.00 for each additional auction. You can adjust the shipping at checkout or we can send you an invoice reflecting the shipping discount. If an auction requires immediate payment and won't let you adjust the shipping- go ahead and pay the shipping and we can refund any overage you pay on shipping- you must contact us and let us know you have multiple items and was overcharged- we will not automatically do this as it is too time consuming.
All sales are Final! We pack our items safely. We use lots of packing materials which most sellers don't! In the rare circumstance it still arrives broken you will need to contact us and cooperate in filing a claim for the damage. If it is defective and not due to shipping we will replace it for you at no cost to you. You must report damages within 7 days of receiving item to be eligible for a replacement. E-mail us and we will give you full return instructions.
We require insurance on all items. This protects you against loss and damage during shipping. Insurance is included in our shipping price.
