You MUST confirm print info even if these are for yourself!

PLEASE Remember to Include the Following:

• Name or Message for EACH line!
• Font Style selection/s and font color/s.
• Image # if multiple image choice listing. If you do not choose we will choose for you!
• Email printing information exactly as you want it to appear on the label.  (best to type out EACH line so we know how you want it printed. NOT responsible for typographical errors if your information is not correct. If a reprint is necessary due to your error, you will be charged again. Remember to include ALL information for printing your labels! Even if you are using the same address as your paypal address, we need this info confirmed BEFORE printing! If you do not provide info it will hold up your order. If we cannot get confirmation after notifiying you, we reserve the right to print the address on file with either paypal or ebay and in whatever font and color we choose! This goes for multiple image listings as well!
• **NOTE - We use copy/paste. If you do not use capital letters, commas, punctuations, we will no longer make corrections, Your labels will be printed EXACTLY as you type it out for us!

Remember, each order is considered custom and takes time to process so we may guarantee the quality of our work. Please order accordingly, so that you receive your personalized items in time.  I CANNOT guarantee delivery dates, as these are personalized and take time set up and process. If it is my error, I will gladly reprint and resend another order immediately, free of charge! Please do not send back the incorrect items! Due to the personal nature of the items we do not accept returns or issue refunds. In some instances we will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item.
