UPS ground shipping is $25 to the 48 states. This unit was fully functional when it was pulled from service one year after its last calibration date. I have turned this on and it seems to work properly, but all sales are final. I've tested it with a decade box, DC power supply (0-30V) and measured the AC line voltage in my garage, seems to work great!
