Check your email and spam or junk mail filters closely. Please note that Parcel Post shipping does NOT include any tracking information. If you desire tracking information, do not request Parcel Post shipping.

Can I pick up the item in person?

You can definitely pick up the item in person. We apply a $3.00 handling fee, but there no shipping charge. PayPal payments are not accepted for in-person pickups. You can pay by cash, check or credit card. If paying by check or credit card, prior arrangements and approval must be made, so I would suggest bringing cash. Sales tax is added to all sales. Also, you need to definitively tell us when you are picking the item up, and give us time to prepare it for you, as not everyone that works at SpaceCat can help you.
