I really like this area of Kentucky. It's close enough to the larger cites yet with a secluded small town atmosphere. Casey County is booming right now. Surveyors and those that build roads are busy. I had a hard time finding someone that had time to do the roads and put in the water on this Farm. To me that kind of activity means development and that turns into investment return. I was lucky to find this Farm. It was purchased out of an estates sale, and had been in the same family for years. It is one of the nicest in the area. Beautiful rolling land with views, plus it is at roads end so it will never be a high traffic area yet a person can get to town in a few minutes. I placed some good covenants on the land to protect a persons investment. Not too restrictive but just right so that the Farm will remain in pristine condition.
