near mint condition and complete with their lanyard . No case. The most versatile multi purpose spec (8x30), these are probably the best format binoculars ever made, and certainly the most popular. The extra wide field of view of 150m/1000m making them ideal for following birds in flight. The lightweight porro prism design gives better light transmission, clearer sharper images with no phase problems, and far better three dimensional effect to the view, making it more natural. They were manufactured in Switzerland by Kern Aarau not long before they merged with Leica. Kern was one of the world's top optics manufacturers and are still very highly regarded. The coated lenses and internal optics are crystal clear and unblemished. The housing has only very tiny and insignificant signs of use. The mechanics (Focus, dioptre adjustment and hinge) are perfectly smooth. The collimation is perfect. The Serial Number is 71286. Perfect for birdwatching, nature observation, carrying on walks, hiking and all sporting events. Their comfort in the hand, superb optics and low weight make them effortless to use for long periods of time
