            Welcome to Baby Bear’s Den LLC, We strive to give the lowest prices on eBay and by that shipping of some items will take between 3-7 business days to get out.  Some items run out fast and must be restocked, if you wish to see if something is out of stock please email or call between  9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday  (678) 880-7092. Sometimes I sell out of an item because I do weekend knife shows, flea markets or threw my other store and sometimes I can’t get on eBay to remove it from my store list that is for sale.  If that should happen there is a choice either I can refund your money or I can order it for you, but please call or email if it’s a popular item so this doesn’t happen to you.  Also please note that orders are processed 2 days out of the week, we ship out twice a week due to the high price of fuel, and we are bulking orders out. If you want an item that falls into our categories and you don’t see it PLEASE contact us and hopefully we can get you that item at a fantastic price here on eBay.   Sometimes items run out before we can take it off eBay and people buy it.  If this should happen I will contact you and you can let me know if you would like me to ship it too you when it comes in or I can refund your money and I can contact you when it’s back in stock.  There is nothing better than to have great communication between myself and the buyer, I will answer all emails, if you need to call that’s all right, but please if there ever is a problem I will make it right.  When you get your item please give us positive feedback right away its important to us to show that we are a great place to do business with, in return we give you positive feedback as soon as you pay.  Also to not that I’m not responsible in anyway for misprints in description of items, what I get from my wholesalers is what I print, If I make a mistake please bring it to my attention before you purchase it, the photos are from my wholesalers and they might vary in some little way but you are getting the item that you are bidding or buying from me, once again thank you for your business and I hope to have many repeat customers.

 

 

Payment

 

            Payment should be pay pal only, Payment should be within a few days of winner an auction or buying it from my store.  If it’s going to take more than a few days contact me, if not I turn it over to eBay and they can deal with the people who like to buy and not pay.

 

Shipping

 

            Shipping is to USA, if you live in Hawaii or Alaska contact me first so I know there isn’t a major change in the shipping.USPS is used for most of my shipping, but other others can be sent by UPS or other carriers, it’s up to me.  Since the high price of gas, I bulk ship, that means your order with be sent out between 3-7 business days after I have received payment.  I use up to seven days just to cover my end, just to let you know I have never ever shipped out a packed that late.  If you want other items that I sell please contact before you pay so I can combine shipping to make it cheaper for you.  Do not bid on more than 1 item and assume that I’m going to combine your order and give a huge discount on shipping.  You must contact me before you going to bid on 2 or more items and we can work something out.  I want to make money and you want to save money so let’s work together so we all can be happy on both ends of this business transaction.  Please add $1.00 if you want confirmation that your package was delivered, once the item is sent I am no longer responsible for that, if you don’t want to pay for confirmation on your package and you need proof that it was sent, I can provide you with a copy of the receipt from the USPS, which will show time, date and your address. Also if you want insurance, please contact me on that issue also. 

 

 

Returns

 

I offer returns up to 7 days, but please contact me before so if you need more time to send it back, so I have an understanding of why.  Buyer is responsible for all returned shipping cost and must notify me before anything can be returned.  There are a few ways I will not accept a return, one is if you break it and want to return it and another is its just not what you thought it would be.  There is a 15% restocking fee that goes along with the return.  If it is a factory defect you MUST go threw them, that’s why they have warranties and you must go threw them.  If it’s damaged in shipping you must take it up with the shipper, and if it’s a factory defect you must go threw the factory.  I will do my best to help you out with your problem. There are no returns on Bows or electronics, they are sent brand new and you must deal with the factory.

 

Legal

 

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to bid and purchase any of my items, you must be aware of your Federal, State, and Local laws on anything that you purchase.  By your purchase from me, you admitting that you’re of legal age and aware of all laws in your area and that I cannot be liable for any actions taken against you.  Please know your laws.  I also have the right to end auction early if there is problems on my end with distributors, but don’t worry I would have to have a real good reason to do that.  We have the right to refuse sale for any reason, either if there is a misprint on the price or someone hacked into site and changed things around.  This covers us on any controversy that should arise, that items we know were sabotaged. Please also note that if there is a misprint in the price or description bring it to my attention before your purchase and let me know.  The pictures I use are provided with their permission and sometimes the pictures may vary a little bit, such as a shade light or darker than the original but nothing drastic.
