Kevin has failed the S.T.A.R.S. selection process twice, due to his slacking nature and carefree attitude, although he is highly qualified for the job in every other regard. He is athletic, good with firearms and an avid car lover. J's Bar is Kevin's favourite haunt, having amassed a hefty tab over the years, his name is on the blacklist until he decides to pay off his debts. Kevin is also a hopeless darts player, and has lost a small fortune trying to beat his far more skilled opponents over and over again, perhaps giving some insight into his irresponsible personality
