If an item you purchased becomes out of stock, we will call or email you and advise of the situation and offer the option of either waiting for the item to come back in stock or a prompt refund. Please be advised we do not over charge for our shipping and handling charges. These charges include shipping into our location, packaging supplies and additional handling costs assessed to us by our vendors. When possible, we will use calculated shipping costs so you can avoid over paying for shipping on our items.
Orders are usually shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx at our discression usually within 2-4 business days and Freight within 2-14 business days from receipt of payment.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or International is limited and available only on some items. These will require additional shipping costs. Please email for a shipping quote.
Large items shipped by freight can only be shipped to the lower 48 states within 2-10 business days. All Freight items require a contact phone number and a physical delivery address. We will not be able to process your shipment until we receive this information and we will make every attempt to contact you to get this. To avoid any delays in your shipment, please email this to us at time of payment. We cannot ship your order until we have this information.

Our warehouses have high quality standards when it comes to shipping and products are packaged well which means your items will be received without damage 99.9% of the time.
Items listed for FREE SHIPPING are shipped within the lower 48 states only.
Only items listed for sale outside the US are available to those countries. Please be aware, there could be customs delays up to 6 months or longer and the buyer is responsible for all duties, customs fees and taxes.

We are authorized sellers for the items we list on eBay.

Occasionally we will sell product on consignment and these are sold as is and returns may be received on a case by case basis.
We may end listings early if we run out of the product. We sell on many different platforms including our website, eBay, Amazon among others and our stock may be depleted quickly if an item is popular.
SALES TAX: Utah residents need to pay 6.25% sales tax.
SHIPMENT INFORMATION: Please inspect the package(s) before you sign to receive your merchandise. If you see any damage:
Notate all damages/shortages on the bill of waiting for freight shipments and have it signed by the carrier/driver before you sign it. For other delivery types, try to have the driver notate any damage if possible and call us immediately so we can report the damage and start a claim. ***DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY***
Send us a description of the damage and include digital pictures. Have a digital camera ready when your item is delivered, especially for freight shipments.
Please understand that if the proper documentation or proof of the damage is not received or validated by the shipping company, we will not be able to substantiate your claim and, as a result, we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement.
Please contact us for assistance and information immediately if your order was damaged during shipment. Again, Do NOT discard or throw away anything and document the damages/shortages in detail on the freight bill.
It is normal for the packaging to show some wear and tear during shipping transit so please be sure to open the boxes and check that there are no damages. When you receive your product, you must inspect it for damages or shortages before the delivery driver leaves. Do NOT sign the freight bill until you have checked your items. If there are any damages or shortages, it must be written on the freight bill and then signed by you and the truck driver (drivers are REQUIRED to wait for you to inspect your items, if they do not wait for you to inspect, please note on the receipt "driver will not wait for inspection"), or a claim will not be filed and we cannot refund or replace the merchandise. No exceptions.

Returns:Returns are handled on a case by case basis. New items must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. We must be notified within 3 business days and you will need to contact us for a return authorization number or RMA number before returning the item. Items returned without this may not be elegible for a refund. Credit will be issued less the restocking fee of 10%-35% depending on the item being returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer.
Warranty for KidKraft items Only: We are authorized dealers for KidKraft which means your purchase includes a 120 day warranty against defects.
