3. I ship 2-3 times a week by fedex ground for most items. Smaller items may go by USPS. If you have a special shipping request, I will try to honor it. Also, I reuse boxes and packing materials to keep costs down(and recycle), but if you want new materials I am happy to use such for an additional charge.
