Rare Vintage Kimba Jungle Taitei Cel Wiley Wildcat HOT!

DESCRIPTION
You are bidding on a rare original production cel from the classic 1966 Kimba the White Lion. This is a wonderul image of Wiley Wildcat from Season 1, Episode 28. This cel was created before the use of xerox machines, so the trace lines are done by hand. Hand trace lines don't fade, so the condition of this 43 year-old cel is outstanding! Cel includes unstuck color copy background as shown. Overall size is 10 inches by 12 inches.

In the episode, Wiley Wildcat is out to cause havoc everywhere. Kimba comes up with the idea that Wiley needs someone like himself to get through to him, so Kimba joins him in his rampages. One night Kimba overhears Wiley talking in his sleep about his mother being killed by hunters. This has embittered him toward everyone else.
Created by the Godfather of Japanese animation, Dr. Tezuka Osamu, Kimba the White Lion has been immensely popular in Japan since its first broadcast in 1965. English and Spanish versions were created in 1966, creating a worldwide fan base that persists to this day, particularly in the US, Australia, Europe and the Middle East. The show has also been translated into many other languages
