Warped Sportz KC is a division of Irish Brigade Inc and since 1994 our company has been at the pinnacle of our sport in the Midwest supplying our customers with the most up to date and top of the line products our industry has to offer. Our facilities are located in the heart of Kansas City , Missouri and has a staff with over 25 years of combined experience in the Paintball industry.
What are your hours of operation?
Our Ebay site is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. To reach our Ebay staff office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday and all of your questions and shipping concerns can be addressed during those hours.

What is your Shipping policy?
All product is shipped same day if payment is received by 2:00pm during business weekdays and if payment is made over the weekend we will ship out on Mondays. All product will ship via USPS or UPS depending on what is listed on your particular item order and should arrive promptly. All shipments will be followed by an emailed tracking number to your account.

What is your Return policy?
RETURNS
ALL Returns must be made within 15 days of original invoice and you must contact us prior to shipping the item back to our facility. Before any item can be considered for return, it must meet all of the following conditions:
Return Shipping charges are not refundable unless it was a shipping error on our part.
CONDITIONS
1. All products returned must be in new, unused, condition.
2. All items associated with each product must be returned. This includes packaging, accessories, and printed materials that came with the product. This includes any promotional materials such as stickers included with the products that you ordered.
3. You must include a copy of the invoice you received with your order.
4. Open DVD’s and Videotapes are not returnable, if defective they may be exchanged for the same title only.
REFUNDS FOR RETURNS
If you meet the four conditions set forth above and wish to return an item(s) you must follow these directions:
1. If all the conditions are met Warped Sportz KC, will refund you the amount of the item(s) returned minus shipping fees. The refund will be issued to you in the same method you used for payment.
2. We recommend that when returning product that you pack the product properly. If any merchandise is damaged in shipping due to incorrect packing by the customer Warped Sportz KC will contact you regarding your refund. Warped Sportz KC recommends that all returns be shipped insured. |
