Steeped in history, Colonial Williamsburg is located only three miles from King's Creek Plantation. Visit Jamestown, Busch Gardens, Yorktown, the Williamsburg Winery, Colonial Downs Race Track, and Water Country USA. A new aquatic center will open on site in January 2005 and will offer an indoor pool, hot tub, men's and women's locker rooms and saunas, and a fitness center with state-of-art Cybex equipment, including cardio exercise, circuit training, and free weights.

The kids are particularly found of the playground, basketball, volleyball, board games, movie rentals and many planned activities.

Any legal proceeding of any nature brought by either party against the other to enforce any right or obligation under this Agreement, or arising out of any matter pertaining to this Agreement, shall be submitted for trial, without jury, before the state or federal courts located in James City County, Virginia. The parties consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court and agree to accept service of process outside the state of Virginia in any matter to be submitted to any such court pursuant hereto, and expressly waive all rights to trial by jury regarding any such matter.
