You are looking at the Thomas Kinkade "Sweetheart Cottage 2," a romantic cottage beside a rushing stream.

This paper print has a red border and a white embossed mat.

The overall measurement of the mat is 11" x 14." The print itself measures 7" x 8.5".

These matted prints are authentic! Each comes with a certificate of authenticity, issued by the Thomas Kinkade Company, and, on each one behind the matting, there is the copyright symbol, company name, name of the print, and the item number for the product.

For those of us who can't afford to spend $2000-$3000 on the full size lithographs, this makes an excellent way to collect the artwork.
