For Nikon N/AI, this is Kiron lens serial no. 36411967.  It is a manual focus telephoto lens with 1:4 macro capability.  Takes 55mm filter size.  It is in excellent
condition, with some normal signs of wear - please see photos.  No fungus/haze that I am able to detect. 

Kiron is one of the premier third party lens makers.   I tried this one on my Nikon D40 and it takes really beautiful photos with rich, nicely saturated color
rendition.  I included a shot I took of a flower in my kitchen handheld at 1/30 sec. (and I am old with shaky hands).   It is very comfortable to hold and actually adds stability to the camera; at least it did for me thanks to the rubbery grip.  Just an unbeatable value for an excellent piece of glass that will give many, many years of service.  Very solidly built.
