This is a new one piece dress that fits a vintage 25" Mattel Chatty Charmin. It has a back closure of sewn in metal snaps. The bodice is lined and the skirt is 2 layers. The top skirt of has a ribbon trim at the hem. The underskirt has a white embroidered textured ruffle that is used again in the sleeves.
The Kiss Me I'm Irish details are done with a commercial embroidery machine and coordinates with the green gingham eyelet used in skirt, collar and arm ruffles. A pair of green gingham eyelet bloomers finish off the outfit. All of the seams are finished.
