BabyBecause Return/Exchange Policy BabyBecause will gladly exchange products or refund your money (less shipping charges) for products that are returned in the original package and in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Washed or used items will not be accepted. All defective products must be exchanged within 60 days of purchase. Customers exchanging products will be charged actual shipping costs for re-shipment. This includes items that were initially sent as "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included". Defective product exchanges are exempt from this- There will be no shipping charges for swapping out defective merchandise Returns for Drop Ship items: All Drop ship items must be returned to the manufacturer at buyer expense and will be subject to a 15% Re-Stocking Fee.
