Does this offer require a mandatory timeshare presentation?
Abosolutely NOT. A mandatory timeshare presentation IS NOT required in order to enjoy this offer. That said, some resort properties we list offer timeshare travel clubs etc., and may offer you additional perks at check-in, for enduring a voluntary timeshare presentation. If you like the free perks, great...if not, just say "NO", and enjoy your "presentation-free" stay.

What form of confirmation will I receive?
After receiving payment, your confirmed resort reservations, along with any BONUS offered, will be shipped within 24 business hours by USPS Priority Mail. Ship times usually run 2 to 3 days in the contiguous US.

How do I check-in to the resort?
Simply have your reservation confirmation form with you when checking-in to the resort. Resort contact information will be provided in your package should you need to contact them directly and our support staff is available 9:30am to 5:30pm M-F EST, should you need any further assistance.

Does the full price in this ad include all required fees?
Our listed price on eBay includes the total cost of booking these resort accommodations and includes taxes. It does not include airfare, additional transportation, additional governmential taxes (if applicable), gratuities, all-inclusive meal plans, etc. In addition, our price does not include any incidental expenses that you may incur at the resort.

Can I alter my check-in dates after purchase?
The check-in dates offered CANNOT be altered at anytime and refunds of any kind are not available. Once checked-in, you can inquire about extending your stay directly with the resort (at regular retail rates).

Can I transfer this booking to someone else after purchase?
No. If you wish to give these accommodations away / transfer them to another party, you must notify us prior to completing your Paypal Invoice. This invoice will feature a complete record of your reservation information, including the name of the main registered guest. Once payment is completed through Paypal, reservations CANNOT be transferred to another party or refunded. Travel insurance is not available.

Are there any resort restrictions I should be aware of?
Please contact the resort directly through the links above for specific resort policies and terms. The main registered guest must be present at check-in, 23 years of age or older, provide a government issued ID and have a valid credit card. Personal checks are not accepted at the resort. The name of the registered guest must match the name on the reservation form mailed to you after purchase. Vested Travel, Inc. is not responsible for acts of god, and assumes no responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons or property, inconjuction or arising from this booking service.

What information will you need from me to request a purchase invoice?
We will need the Ebay auction ID, your full name, a verified mailing address, a valid phone number, and a valid email address (Personal information is never sold or shared and will only be use in relation to this offer). Since this is a sizable transaction amount, we will validate & confirm your identity and address prior to sending an invoice. If we cannot validate your contact information prior to creating an invoice, accommodations will not be held on your behalf, and your purchase request will be disregarded.
