Kluson 6 in line tuning machines - SD9105MN DR

These Kluson® 6 in-line tuning machines were used on all vintage 6 in-line Fender® Strat®, Fender® Tele® and many other models of Fender® instruments.  This specific model Kluson® tuning machine housing is a direct replacement for all 1965 - 1967 Fender® production and can also be used on reissue production instruments as well as Fender® signature series that utilize a split post vintage style tuning machine.  These are six individual tuners that when mounted appear in a row but are NOT plate-mounted.  Bushings and mounting screws are included in the set.  Please note that if your instrument has 10mm or 25/64" pegholes through the headstock you will need to purchase the oversized adapter bushings for this item to retrofit your instrument back to original vintage specifications.  Available in both Nickel and Gold finishes

See below for historic manufacturer usage.  It is important to note that your instrument may be able to use these tuning machines if it is not from the specific years listed below.  Kluson used the same mounting specifications with the exception of the back housing design throughout the 50's, 60's and they are still used today on reissue instruments.
