Returns - All Items include a One Year Warranty unless stated otherwise. Returns of defective or damaged items are accepted. These REQUIRE RA#s. Unopened items can be returned for a refund minus a 10% Restock Fee. Custom cut wire is not returnable as it is custom per order.
Contacting Us - is very easy. Our email is listed twice per auction and we also have a website with our full contact information (ebay will not allow a link) We prefer not to use the ebay "yellow" button - too many spoof emails these days and that could result in you not getting a reply. PLEASE INCLUDE - Item number, your name and address, and any other significant detail pertaining to your question when emailing.
Payment Methods - We prefer Paypal, it is quick and easy. We also accept credit card by phone, Money Order and Checks. We do not accept Paypal eChecks or ship COD
When Mailing Payment - PLEASE include your email address and Item Number of the item you are buying. It is best to print out the ebay page but those two details are all we really need. Kit includes everything you need to install one amplifier. Power handling of the kit varies by amplifer type, ALL AMPS are NOT Equal. NO amp can produce 3000 Watts and only have an 80A Fuse!! All the cheapo kits online have the same problem - over inflated shipping and a singel 60 or 80A Fuse and yet they claim HUGE power capacity.......There's a problem with that thinking Please see the link below to further understand this problem
